LGL Networks (“LGL Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a division of Let’s Go Live. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through lglnetworks.com and through the inquiries, assessments, and engagements that begin on this website. It does not, by itself, govern the contractual handling of data during a paid engagement — that is addressed in the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).

2. Our transport-only posture

This is foundational to how we operate. LGL Networks runs and stands behind the network and transport layer at corporate events. By default, we do not store, process, or have visibility into the contents of cardholder data, payment transactions, or attendee personal data that traverse the networks we operate. We move packets; we do not run the payment, registration, or production applications that ride on top of them.

3. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly and a limited amount of technical information generated automatically.

Information you provide via lead forms

When you request an Event Network Risk Assessment, submit a partner inquiry, or otherwise contact us, we may collect:

• Your name, business email, and company or organization
• Event details (event name, venue or site, dates, expected attendance)
• Operational context (venue exclusivity status, critical systems in scope, partner type, annual show volume)
• Any notes or messages you choose to include

Information collected automatically

• Standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited
• Cookies and similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics

4. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to assessment requests and partner inquiries, and qualify venue-access feasibility
• Prepare written scopes, estimates, and proposals
• Communicate with you about your event, engagement, or partnership
• Operate, maintain, secure, and improve this website
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

We do not sell your personal information.

5. How we share information

We may share information in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers who help us operate our business (for example, hosting, email, and CRM vendors), under appropriate confidentiality and data-processing terms.
• Production and AV partners where you have engaged us through a white-label channel and sharing is necessary to deliver the engagement.
• Legal and safety disclosures required by law, regulation, legal process, or to protect rights, property, or safety.
• Corporate sharing within Let’s Go Live, our parent organization, consistent with this policy.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and to enforce our agreements.

We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. As described above, our default operating posture limits the personal data we handle. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
