Event Network Risk Assessment
The free Event Network Risk Assessment documents critical applications, segmentation design, data-responsibility assumptions, pathways, RF, and a preliminary bill of materials before any circuit order or freight.
Written venue authorization
The gate before non-refundable spend. The organizer holds or secures written venue authorization to deploy the supplemental overlay. No authorization, no deployment.
Design & segment
We finalize the segmented architecture — isolating payment, production, registration, attendee, contractor and management traffic — wired-first for payments, registration, encoders and production. Dual-WAN where venue policy permits.
Deploy the overlay
During setup we install the Critical Operations Network overlay: a segmented LAN and wired drops behind the venue circuit. Pre-labeled deployment pods and documented configs let a proven network land fast and consistently.
Pre-opening acceptance & failover testing
Before go-live, we run a documented acceptance test: segmentation holds, WAN failover lands inside its target window, critical-system redundancy is live, and monitoring is reporting. The result is recorded.
Operate & monitor
Through the event and to teardown, an onsite network lead handles incident response while the NOC monitors remotely. Our accountability covers the network and transport we operate — redundancy, segmentation, availability — a scope defined in writing in the statement of work.
Post-event report
After teardown we deliver a written report: acceptance results, any incidents and time-to-failover, availability and failover performance against the targets defined for the event, and notes that feed your next event.
