Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the LGL Networks website. They do not govern paid engagements — our delivery of services is governed by a separate Master Services Agreement (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW).
Effective date: July 11, 2026
Last updated: July 11, 2026
1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of lglnetworks.com (the “Site”), operated by LGL Networks, a division of Let’s Go Live (“LGL Networks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Relationship to service agreements
The Site is an informational and lead-generation resource. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services on particular terms, a binding quote, or a contract. Any engagement to deliver an Event Network Risk Assessment, Critical Operations Overlay, monitoring, onsite engineering, white-label delivery, or any other service is governed exclusively by a separately executed Master Services Agreement (MSA) and the applicable Statement of Work (SOW). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and an executed MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW controls for that engagement.
3. Permitted use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, legitimate business purposes — to learn about our services, request an assessment, or inquire about partnership. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
- Introduce malware or attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site without authorization
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site except as permitted by applicable law
- Use the Site to infringe the rights of LGL Networks or any third party
4. Form submissions and communications
When you submit information through the Site, you represent that it is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. Information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create a contractual relationship and does not obligate LGL Networks to provide services.
5. Intellectual property
The Site and its contents — including text, graphics, logos, the LGL Networks and Let’s Go Live names and marks, design, and copy — are owned by or licensed to LGL Networks and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Site without our prior written permission, except for limited personal or internal business reference.
6. Third-party links and references
The Site may reference or link to third-party websites, vendors, or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. References to clients, partners, venues, or vendors do not imply endorsement beyond what is expressly stated.
7. Disclaimers
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that information on the Site is complete, current, or accurate. Service-related commitments — including any service levels — exist only as set out in an executed MSA/SOW. We do not stand behind the uptime of third-party vendor applications such as payment, registration, or streaming platforms.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LGL Networks and Let’s Go Live will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Any liability arising from a paid engagement is governed solely by the applicable MSA/SOW.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LGL Networks, Let’s Go Live, and their respective personnel from claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
10. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
