Networks

For production & AV partners

Add an accountable network to your show package — without building a NOC

White-label delivery through production and AV partners is our primary year-one channel. You keep the client, the relationship, and the integrated show package. We become your network operations bench: LGL owns the network and stands behind it, our name stays off the quote, and you stop absorbing blame for failures you don't control.

The problem you know too well

The client buys the venue package, then blames the AV team

Networking has quietly become part of your scope whether you priced for it or not. When the connectivity you didn't sell fails, the call still comes to you.

You inherit a network you didn't build

The client orders the venue internet package, hangs payment, registration, and production systems on it, and assumes it'll hold. On show day, the AV team is the face in the room — so the network becomes your problem in front of the client.

Network ops is a different discipline

Segmentation, dual-WAN failover, traffic isolation, NOC monitoring, and acceptance testing aren't staging or rigging. Staffing a real network bench for occasional shows is expensive and hard to keep sharp.

One bad night costs the account

A registration stall at check-in or a dropped stream during the keynote doesn't just hurt the event — it puts your relationship and your renewal at risk over infrastructure that was never really yours.

The offer

A white-label network operations bench, behind your brand

We run and stand behind your event's mission-critical network — setup to teardown — so registration, payments, production and streaming stay connected. We do it under your name: you present one integrated show package; we own the network operations layer and stand behind it.

White-label by default

We work as your network team. Quotes, on-site presence, and documentation can carry your brand. The client experiences a single, accountable show package — not a parade of subcontractors.

A responsibility matrix on every quote

Every engagement ships with a clear matrix defining who owns what — venue, you, LGL, payment/registration vendors, and carriers — so accountability is settled in writing before setup, not argued during a rush.

The assessment gates authorization

We start with a Risk Assessment to confirm venue rights, critical systems, segmentation, and data-responsibility boundaries, then secure written venue authorization. We supplement venue circuits where permitted and never bypass venue exclusivity — protecting your client relationship.

A post-event report you can hand over

After teardown, you get a documented performance report — acceptance results, failover events, and incident notes — that you can pass to the client as proof the network was engineered and operated, not improvised.

Commercial structure

Built to fit how you already contract

  • A master services agreement (MSA) governs the relationship; a white-label SOW scopes each show
  • You set your client-facing price; our line items support a transparent markup or pass-through
  • Line-item costing: engineering, equipment rental, connectivity pass-through, labor/travel, and venue/union costs
  • Standard deposit and non-cancellable circuit provisions, with defined change orders for scope shifts
  • Repeatable per-show economics so attach rate improves your margin over a season
Where our accountability starts — and stops. We stand behind the network and transport we operate. We don't warrant third-party application uptime (payment, registration and streaming platforms). That boundary, plus data-responsibility and segmentation, is written into the matrix so there's never a gray area in front of your client.

How we plug in

From your bid to the post-event report

Scope together

You loop us in during the bid. We size the network from the event's critical systems and venue, and give you costing you can fold into your package.

Assess & authorize

A Risk Assessment confirms venue rights and design; we secure written venue authorization before any non-refundable spend.

Deploy under your brand

We bring the segmented overlay, wired-first drops, redundancy, onsite engineering, and acceptance testing — presented as part of your show.

Monitor & report

Our NOC monitors through teardown; you receive a post-event performance report to hand to your client.

Who partners with us

The partners who scale with this

If networking shows up in your scope but isn't your core craft, white-label delivery turns a liability into an attachable margin line.

Production & AV staging

General-session and breakout production teams who need payment, registration, encoders, and show control on a network that's been engineered and tested.

Experiential agencies

Brand-activation builders who need reliable data capture, lead scanning, and content streaming on a compressed build.

Registration & payment vendors

Badge, registration, and cashless providers who want a wired-first, segmented network behind their hardware instead of venue best-effort.

Proven

Delivered on mission-critical stages

Five completed events across corporate, foundation, and live production environments.

Make the network your margin, not your risk

Let's build the partnership. We'll walk the MSA and white-label SOW, the responsibility matrix, and per-show economics — and get you ready to attach an accountable network to your next bid.
