The problem
Most events buy a venue internet package, bolt critical systems onto it, and hope. When something breaks during the only hours that matter, here's what you're left with.
Payments, registration, and on-site commerce are the cash register of your event. An outage at check-in or during a rush doesn't slow sales — it deletes them, along with the attendee goodwill that drives next year's attendance.
The venue blames the carrier, the carrier blames the AV team, the AV team blames the payment vendor — while your line grows and your sponsor watches. No single party is contractually accountable for the network as a whole.
Without pre-opening acceptance and failover testing, the first time the network is under real load is when your event opens. Problems surface in front of attendees instead of the day before.

Nothing gets ordered or shipped until we have written authorization. We supplement venue circuits where permitted and never bypass venue exclusivity — protecting you from contract violations and surprise penalties.
We isolate payment, production, staff, and management traffic; run pre-opening acceptance and failover testing before guests arrive; monitor through teardown from our NOC; and hand you a post-event report.
What you get
The honest part
The single biggest variable in any event network is venue access, and most of it is in the organizer's control. We'd rather be straight with you up front than discover a blocker on setup day.
Many venues contract an exclusive technology or telecom provider. We never bypass that. Our overlay supplements the venue circuit where permitted and sits behind it — but the right to deploy supplemental cabling and equipment usually flows through your event contract with the venue.
As the organizer, you're typically the party who can request or secure written venue authorization for a supplemental network. We'll tell you exactly what to ask for, draft the technical scope, and work directly with venue IT — but we won't deploy without it in hand.
Circuit orders and freight carry non-cancellable provisions. Starting with the Risk Assessment means we surface exclusivity, pathway, and union-labor constraints before you commit any non-refundable spend.
Some buildings simply won't permit a supplemental network. In those cases the assessment still pays for itself — you get a documented picture of your risk and a plan that works within the venue's rules instead of a surprise on site.
